We will also be administering Seasonal Flu 2nd doses - BUT the second dose can only be given if they received the first dose at least 30 days ago.  Parents can also get the Seasonal Flu shot at this clinic for $30.00

We now have a limited amount of H1N1 flu vaccine for children age 3 years old and up.

SEASONAL FLU VACCINE UPDATE:

New! Updated 12/0109:

We DO have seasonal flu vaccine. We will NOT be receiving any additional seasonal FluMist.  The shipment we received this week willl the all that we will have for the balance of the season.  This vaccine is the injectible form for children age 6 mos and older.  Any children needing second doses can get their second dose as long as it has been 30 days since their last seasonal flu dose.  We are also offering the vaccine to parents for $30.00


ANTIVIRALS:

We are receiving many phone calls from concerned parents inquiring about the antivirals, like Tamiflu, for their children.  Again, we are following the guidance of the CDC in our prescribing decisions.  To insure that the effectiveness of antivirals remain an option when indicated prescribing patterns need to be carefully evaluated.
