This page is to share information regarding COVID-19 otherwise known as the Coronavirus.  All of our information comes from the CDC, the State of Kentucky, local health departments or other reputable medical organizations.

The main symptoms for COVID-19 are fever, cough and respiratory distress.  If you or a family member has these symptoms please contact the health department for advice and testing.  There is no specific medication for treatment of this virus as of yet.  If you or a family member has been out of the country and most specifically to China, Japan, South Korea, Italy, and Iran and you or a family member have a fever, cough and respiratory distress (trouble breathing) you contact the health department. We cannot stress enough how important it is to wash your hands!!  This is the number one way to help prevent contracting or spreading the virus.  The same precautions you take for the flu should apply for this virus as well.
