Office

Our friendly, knowledgeable staff works hard to make your visits to our office as smooth as possible. We've provided helpful information about our office on this page, including directions, hours, insurance and billing, payment options and financing.

 24 Hour Answering service  - calls are handled by Registered Nurses. We are available if you need to speak to a doctor. Please let the nurse know that you wish to do so.

For medication refills of CONTROLLED Substances, please call the office during working hours only.   We require 5 days notice to authorize the refill.   For all other refills, call your Pharmacy. They will notify of us of your request even if your current prescription has no refills left.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most commercial insurance plans as well as Tricare and Passport Health Plan. NOTE: All Passport/Medicaid newborns MUST HAVE a Medicaid ID number before being seen for their first appointment. The mother is encouraged to call their DCBS office as soon as possible to enroll the baby. They can also go online to  https://benefind.ky.gov  Please call for information specific to your insurance company and plan. We will be happy to assist you in understanding your coverage as it applies to your child's care.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We are happy to file your insurance for all plans that we participate with.   Per your insurance contract we do collect all copays, co-insurance and deductible amounts at the time of service  .  We offer our EasyPay plan for those who wish to set up payment plans, faster check out at the end of your visit and to cover balances that insurance doesn't cover. Facilities and Equipment

We offer separate sick and well waiting rooms and a special newborn waiting room.  We have advanced eye screening equipment and a state of the art skin tag and wart removal tool. We utilize electronic medical records and electronic prescribing so your prescriptions will be ready at the pharmacy when you need them.
